Do you accept privately paying clients?Yes! Please reach out to us for pricing for consultations, assessments, and treatment.

Are your enrichment classes open to children with special needs?Absolutely!! Our teachers are trained in meeting the needs of ALL children and to adjust portions of the class as needed for each child.

Refund PolicyRefund Policy Thank you for choosing SHARE. We strive to provide excellent therapy services with a commitment to your well-being. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, outlining situations where refunds may be applicable. 1. Refund Eligibility Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances: Service Not Rendered: If you have paid for a therapy session but it was not conducted by our therapist due to unforeseen circumstances, you are eligible for a full refund of the session fee. 2. Non-Refundable Items Certain items are non-refundable: Services Rendered: Once a therapy session has been conducted, the fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome or your satisfaction with the session. Cancellation Fees: If applicable, fees for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable once paid, unless otherwise specified in writing by our clinic. 3. Refund Process To request a refund, please contact us at info@sharespeech.org or 310-892-5812. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days with our decision. 4. Exceptions In exceptional circumstances, we may offer refunds outside the scope of this policy at our discretion. Such exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Do you allow volunteers or student interns?Yes! We love both volunteers and student interns. We are currently accepting volunteers, OT and COTA student interns, and graduate SLP student interns at this time at all locations.

What are the requirements to be a volunteer?To be a volunteer at our clinic, you must have the following: Resume Negative TB test taken within the last year COVID Vaccination card

What are the requirements to be a student intern?The requirements to be a student intern are: Resume Negative TB test COVID Vaccination card Must pass a virtual interview Must pass an on-site interview

Can I do my observations at SHARE?We only allow observations of our therapy as a volunteer or student intern.
